12 PRINCIPLES:
Book Guide to Securing the Future Success of the
AFRICAN and the AFRICAN AMERICAN FAMILY
ddChapter 11.
CIVIL RIGHTS, VOTING and POLITICS
Civil rights are essential components of democracy They're guarantees of equal social opportunities and protection under the law, regardless of race, religion, or other characteristics. Examples: the right to vote, the right to a fair trial, a right to government services, a right to a public education, as well as self-determination and, the rights of citizens to political and social freedom and equality.
Yeah, ok, if you believe that-I have a bridge I'd like to sell you. I got to admit, it does sounds good but, the reality of that fallacy is.... those words may mean the world to a certain group of Americans but, for the African American the disparities are well documented!
At The End Of The Day:
By voicing your opinions and concerns to your elected officials and organized as a family--will help create a more perfect society for YOUR families and for the next generations to come. That's the game of politics, just like the lottery, you can't win if you don't play. So, play to win. When families vote collectively as a block, the family becomes a force to be reckoned with and respected. Remember, it's a numbers game. You'd have more leverage and power to dictate your agendas to the local politicians, therefore setting the stage for the perpetuation of equality for voting and civil rights for the African American People as a whole. Which is a great segue to collectively start or continue to build Generational Wealth!
